Visits
Visiting the Museum
We welcome visits from the public as well as schools, organizations etc. All visitors will be allocated a guide, who has extensive knowledge of the collections.
A singular experience for children and adults
Our guides will lead you through the eclectic range of exhibits, explain their significance and try to address your particular interests.
No appointments are required for individual/family visits, but we ask that if the planned visit is from a larger group such as an organization, school or youth group, you phone to make an appointment at least a month beforehand. This is in order to plan for sufficient guides to be available for your visit and to prevent crowding in the Museum.
If you would like to donate any memorabilia, please consider donating them to the Museum.
Museum opening times:
- Tuesday – Friday, from 14.00-16.00 (last entry 15.00)
- The first Saturday of the month, from 10.30-16.00 (last entry 15.00)
- Entry to the Museum is free of charge, although a voluntary contribution is always welcome and will go towards the upkeep of the Museum’s collections.
